We want you to love every sip of Zuroka — but if something doesn’t taste quite right, we’ve got you covered.

🧾 Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement, no return required.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Send us a photo of the affected product and packaging.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • Contact us at info@zurokadrinks.com.

We process refunds back to your original payment method. Replacements will be shipped free of charge.

Due to the nature of our beverage products and health & safety regulations, we cannot accept any returns — opened or unopened. This helps us ensure that all our customers receive products that are safe, fresh, and uncompromised.
